Potato starch factory in Denmark
For a potato starch factory in Denmark, an installation has been placed with a capacity of 200 tons of potatoes per hour. Two cyclones have been used to separate the sand from the dirty water. After removing the sand, PE is added to flocculate the sludge water, after which 100m3 / h washing water is pumped through to the Band Thickener with a sieve bandwidth of 2.50 meters. The sludge is collected in a hopper and this is pumped through for further processing.
